Wow Update!!!

So I realized that I haven't really updated anything on this since June! OMG that is just crazy cause so much has happened in the last three months. We had all the girls this summer till the weekend of July 4th. That was so much fun. Chris got home from his mission July 8th and we were unfortunate to have my Uncle Roy pass away just a few days before. I feel very fortunate that I was able to talk to him on his birthday and let him know that I loved and missed him.
On a happier not though...Robb is starting school in 2 weeks and I will be taking my phlebotomy test for my license on October 17th! I am also working on getting into the final part of nursing school. You would be surprised to how hard it actually is!
Natalie is getting bigger and bigger every day! I will try to post some new pics asap, we go to the park almost everyday so I need to remember to take the camera and take some cute photos of her there as well. She doesn't talk yet but she knows how to tell you what she wants. She does say things like "eat","Dada","mama", and of course no. I think that is her favorite word. She is so cute, when you tell her to say bye bye or night night she blows a kiss and waves. It is just the cutest thing ever.
We are all excited for Halloween and can't wait for everyone to see us all dressed up! You will have to wait for the pics of that! Well that is the quick update. I will have to try to be more on top of this for a while seeing as I have a little bit of time during the day that I can do it.

Making Cupcakes

So we made cupcakes the other day...don't worry I will try to get some photos up within the next few days. It was a lot of fun. The girls all frosted them and we goet some funny videos of them. They had fun and were covered in chocolate. We are going to have to do it again when Nana(Kathi) gets here. Oh so yep she is on her way today and is going to be here for a few weeks. It is going to be nuts cuase the washer/dryer are on that side of the house so I have been trying to get all the laundry done yesterday and today so that I don't have to go over there to much during the next 3 weeks. Also I have been trying to keep things clean and organized...but those of you with kids know how hard that can be. I get something organized and they go mess it up or I fell like I am finally done with dishes and there are more. You pick up the toy room with them and within just a few hours it looks like a cyclone went through there again. It is just insane. Oh well it will be fun for the girls to have her here so that they can play with her. And she is going to be helping Papa(Dave) watch them this weekend while we are out of town. OMG I am so looking forward to our little break. Even now as I am typing and have asked them to be a little quieter all I can hear is them pounding on things and yelling at each other. It is crazy around here but it is alot of fun. I have some fun stuff planned out for the rest of the time they are here...swimming again if the weather gets better, finger painting, coloring, cooking with mommy, and other fun things that I think they will like. I will try to take a bunch of pictures and put them up. Oh with Kathi being here I think we are going to be going to the Wild Animal Park and the Beach but Im not sure when. Whenever that may be though I will be sure to post some pics.

Crazy Weather

So we are planing this big yard sale this weekend and yet again the weather is threating not to help out. We went to the zoo last weekend and that was interesting. The girls were super excited to go and then when we got there they weren't very interested. We watched a really fun show that they enjoied and they got their faces painted. It was a good day...we had fun. Chris gets back from Russia in about 20 or so day. We are super excited to see him even though we will not be there for when he gets back at the airport and we will be unable to see him talk in church but he is going to be coming to visit for a few weeks. We were really looking forward to seeing people but financialy it just isn't a good idea for Robb to miss work and for us to drive up there. It would just be way to expensive for us right now. Robb's mom is going to be here this weekend and we are hoping to got to the Wild Animal Park and the Beach not next weekend but the following. We plan on taking a lot of fun pictures so keep watching for them...I will post the ones from the zoo in the next few days. Also the girls and I are going to make a cake today and I will be sure to post some of those fun pics!!

Cloe's B-day at Disneyland & Memorial day weekend!

So for Cloe's 3rd birthday we went to Disneyland! It was a lot of fun and the girls had a blast! We spent the first day at Disneyland and the second at California Adventure! The first day went really really well, all the girls were very well behaved and happy. We met Pooh and Tigger and had a blast going on all the rides! We danced in the parade and say playhouse Disney with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Little Enitstines(spl??) and Handy Manny! It was a lot of fun. Natalie loved Small World and anything with music, she danced almost all day and was so well behaved for only having a 30 min nap. Cloe loved Whinnie the Pooh and the Tea Cups and Nemo and had a lot of fun picking who she was going to ride with. Kala and Elise got to take turns going on the big rides with mommy and daddy so that they could both go. That was a little complicated cause one of us would go with one of the big girls while the other took the other 3 girls and did something else. Kala did Splash Mtn twice cause Elise doens't like that ride. They both did Big Thunder. Kala did Tower of Terror and that was the only thing she got scared on, she was just a little to short to go on Grizzly Rapids and was really upset about it! Elise didn't do Tower of Terror...once again to scared but she did Grizzly Rapids and Robb said she bawled the whole time. She doesn't like a lot of the rides. All in all thogh we had a blast!

Memorial Day weekend was fun, the girls went swimming and we had a picnic in the front yard. We watched movies together and had a lot of fun. Now today is Robb's first day at his new job so I'm home all alone with all the girls for the first time since they have been here this summer! There is so much damage control to do that I think I may just go crazy! I forgot how much laundry and dishwashing there is to do when they are all here. Plus I have to make enough food to feed 5 people breakfast and lunch, dinner enough to feed six! That is a lot when there are usally only three of us most of the year. I think my head is going to explode!

Everyone please send your good vibes too Robbs grandparents, they are both in the intensive care unit at different hospitals. Robbs grandpa was spending his birthday (saturday) out shooting one of the guns he made and it blew up. He has already had 2 surgeries and is going to be having another one tomorrow. He is doing fine but we need him to get better! Then yesterday while Robb's dad Dave was talking to his mother(grandma) on the phone she had a heart attack. They were able to re-start her heart at the hospital but she is in a coma. They said she is breathing on her own but hasn't re-gained consiniousness. Please keep them in your thoughts!

Longest Day EVER!!!

So yesterday we drove to Cedar City,UT to pick up Kala and Cloe. Now this is only suppost to be about a 13 hours drive round trip. There were about 5 car acciednts and traffic was so bad that poor Robb was driving for over 16 hours! We left our house in Murrieta,CA at about 5:30 AM and were suppost to be in Las Vegas by around 9ish well we got there around 10. Then we were going to meet Kala and Cloe's daddy to get them in Cedar at about noon,or one Utah time. Well there was a really bad accident on the way there and traffic was horid so we got there at about 1:30 our time so about 2:30 Utah time! The drive back was really slow cause traffic was so bad and when we hit Vegas to pick up Natalie and Robbs other daughter Elise there was yet another accident so we sat at a dead stop on the freeway for over 20 mins!! We by that point we needed a break from the car so we took about an hour break at Robbs parents place and got some dinner. We figured we would be home around 6pm last night but we didn't get home till around 11:30! There were two or three more accidents on the way home so we got stuck in traffic and one time we had to get off the freeway and go around till we came to another on-ramp! It was just such a bad day!
Oh for anyone one wondering, yes the washer is working now! Not sure what the problem was...I just left it alone and about 2 hours later it started up again! Crazy thing!.

BLAH!!

So I have been running around the house trying to get things organized and stuff for when the rest of the girls get here. I have till Friday afternoon to be done cause we are leavin early on Saturday to go get them. So Dave hooked up the washer and dryer last night..the dryer doens't work yet cause we have to re-do some wireing. Anyway so I was able to do a load last night and we have turned out little work out room into a drying room...I hung lines and everything! That worked pretty well but this morning I started a load and went to check on it and the stupid washer has totally died!!! I checked the breaker and everything but it won't start! It is stuck in the rinse cycle..the washer is full of water and won't do anything! GRRR! I am so mad! I need that stupid thing to work cause I can't spend money to go to the laundrymat! It is just was to expensive and with the girls coming it will be even more! Now I can't get all the cleaning done that I wanted to cause I have all these dirty cloths and sheets and towles and crap that I can't really do anything with. I mean I guess I could hand wash everything but that is such a pain to do and it just takes to long and you never really get all the soap out and yep. So I am now very upset cause I can't get everyting done today that I wanted to. I guess I have to wait till Dave gets home to fix it cuase Robb doesn't konw what to do and he won't be home till late cause he has his last follow up with the doctor about his foot today. GRRRR!!!

Last of the Nail...we hope!

So we had another follow up today and the Dr. said that Robbs foot looks a lot better. He is going to be going back to work at the construction job on Friday and has one more follow up next Tuesday. He wants to be able to finish out his last 2 weeks at the construction site befor he starts his new Financial Associate Advisor position. We are also going to be getting the girls (Kala & Cloe) next weekends so that is something we are really looking forward to! Oh and on Saturday we are going to go celebrate Robbs new job with some friends..we are going to a beer tasting meetup for Lost Abby Brewery for those of you who know what that is. I will be posting a lot of fun new pics on Sunday...oh wait that is Mommy's day and I will be getting a massage and being pampered so I will post them on Monday!

Robb's New Job and nail update

So Robb got the Financial associate job that he interviewed for last week!!! He starts the 26th of this month (May)! He is super excited cause he doesn't have to do construction and he can go to school! So that is the good news, the bad new is that his foot is still infected. We went to the doctor today and they have refered him to an orthopedic surgeon on and urgent status! In otherwords...he may need to have foot surgery. :(. They took x-rays and there is something in his foot still, it isn't part of the nail but they think it is either part of his boot or sock. It could also be a scab or some of the infectious matter hardened. We will know more for sure when we see the orthopedic person. They are suppost to call and set us up with an apointment tomorrow and then on Wednesday we have another follow up with the other doctor. So basically we had a goodish/badish day. Not really sure what is happening with the foot but at least we know that he got this job!

Robb Nail Update!

So on Monday Robb went in for a follow up with the doctor about his foot. The doctor told him that it looked pretty good and asked when he wanted to go back to work. Robb decided that he wanted to be back at work on Tuesday so the doctor approved it. So Tuesday morning he heads for work and within and hour or so of being there his foot got so swollen that he couldn't walk on it and he couldn't get his boot off! So he came home and the pain has been getting worse and worse and he hasn't even been walking on it. So today we went back to the doctor and they said that he has a bad infection! CRAP!! They gave him 2 more antibiotics and told him to stay off it. He was also given instruction that if it starts to hurt more or swells up again or starts to ooze puss or anything like that then we have to take him to the emergency room and he will be admitted. Wow what a week!
So on with the good news! Robb had an interview on Wednesday with a college to work in the Financial department and we are really sure that he got the job! We will know for sure next week. That would be a great job though cause he would get to finish up his schooling for free! I have an audition for Disneyland on Sunday so everyone keep your fingers crossed that I get it! Disney has some really good health care plans and a great daycare!

Robb and the Nail!

So Robb steped on a nail at work today! Of all the things that could go wrong at least it was just something little, well I guess he also thinks he broke his big right toe the otherday while using one of the things at work. OMG what a crazy week. Natalie is hitting the point where she should be sleeping through the night and she isn't yet...not really sure why either but she has her good nights and her bad. Last night was nuts, she was up ever 2 hours and then decided that it was time to get up at 5:30 AM!!! That is the time daddy gets up for work and she usually sleeps at lesat an hour longer but nope she has been up since then! Oh well that just means that she should take and early nap, well if she takes a nap at all. We have almost grown out of the nap stage unless she is like Cloe and she will nap till she is 3 which is nice cause then they are not as grumpy during the afternoon. Kathi(Robbs Mom) is suppost to be coming out here today and bringing Elise for the weekend. We also have a friends party that we are hoping to go to but not really sure how that is going to work cause Kathi wants to go to a movie on Saturday night. We are going to have to try to talk her into going to an early movie. I have been busy busy busy working on getting things ready for the summer for when Kala and Cloe come. I have been checking what is going to be going on around here that would be fun to do other than of course Disneyland, the zoos and seaworld. Oh we are going to Lego Land and I think something else as well but we are going to be crazy busy. Be sure to watch for upcoming pics during the next few months!

WE HAVE GRASS!!!

So we finally have a from yard. We had the SOD put down last week and it looks great! Things have been nuts around here for the last few weeks. Robb was working and a loader backed into the car so we can't open the back door and we just got the estamate done and it is going to take about 3 weeks to fix when we take it in! GRRR! We are going to be getting Kala and Cloe next month around the 17th so that we have them for Cloe's birthday! We have so much planned for this summer and yet it feels like we are going to be running around like mad! Oh well it is going to be a blast! We went to the Giants Padres game on easter and that was a lot of fun. Natalie had fun coloring eggs and then seeing what the Easter Bunny brought her. She has so much fun at the baseball game that she wore herself out so she fell asleep.

April and no showers!!

HAHA I just thought that was funny cause it is so sunny here in Southern California! Well we have lived out here for just over a year now and I must say that I really really love it! Natalie is our silly little girl she is now 16 months old and has the funniest personality! She loves to dress up and play in the yard and go to the park. She also loves to go to the beach with mommy and daddy. She is just like daddy in every way well except that she is a girl. We just had Elise (Robb's other daughter) for about 2 weeks and that was a lot of fun. We went to Beaumont Park and to Downtown Disney. Having her here is always a big help cause Natalie loves to play with her. She will be back again this summer. Kala and Cloe are in Utah with their dad but will be here for about 2 months starting the second week of May! They are getting so big and are very very smart. Kala is going to be done with school and she already can write her name and recognize the letters. It is really neat to see how much she changes every time I see her. Cloe will start school this coming fall along with Kala. We have a lot of fun things planned for this summer so be watching for a lot of new photos! I need to put up our new family photos and some of the others that we have taken over the last few months! Well we hope everyone is doing well and that you will tune in for our next blog which will be a lot sooner than this one.

Wow Crazy Times!

Wow so things have been totally crazy around here for the last year or so. I am basically done with school which is great. Natalie had her first birthday!! That was fun. My parents came out over Thanksgiving and we took everyone to Disneyland! Christmas was crazy, the girls all got so much stuff. Right now we are just chilling cause it has been raining like cats and dogs for the last 2 weeks. We currently only have Natalie with us but Elise will be joining us by tomorrow. Kala and Cloe are in Utah with their daddy, Kala is going to school in a special per school program call Head Start. She know how to spell her name and is learning so much. Cloe had surgery on Dec. 2 to remove a gland from her neck that was growing strangely. Everything went well and she is doing great.
Robb isn't working right now and hasn't been for the past month or so...that is the problem with construction, you don't always have a job but luckily he will be staring a new project on March 2nd. Just in time! So things have been crazy what with dealing with kids and exes and trying to get everything unpacked and with the remodeling of the house. It has bee great having Robb home for the past month but he is getting antsy to get back to work. It will be nice to get back on a regular schedule here soon!
